It is in there — fully formed, carefully considered, cross-referenced against everything you know about how the last version of this decision turned out. You’ve been building it like a cathedral (foundation first, load‑bearing before beautiful), and you release when it’s structurally sound.

Not because you’re afraid. Because you understand something that most of the room does not: that the flaw nobody found in the meeting is the disaster that surfaces six months later. Your work prevents rework. Translate certainty into cost: what six months of rework would have cost in dollars, time, and morale. You have seen that happen. You have, more than once, been the only person who saw it coming.
